I generally like my order. They're beautiful. However, I ordered a larger size box than I had ordered previously. I have my logo printed on the inside of the top flap of the box and on the large boxes, the logo is much larger than I would have preferred. I signed off on the proof; I just didn't correctly visualize the relation of the size.

I order white and black boxes and some of them are dirty

The design I submitted for my box was changed when they turned it into the proof. I didn't notice that the logo had been moved and was off center until I got the boxes. I don't know what the process is from the template to the proof but apparently it's not just taking it from a flat design and turning it into a 2D box. There's a place in between where your design can be changed.

I do like the boxes I received, but the quality of the images I put on the box were very low rezed and pixleated.

Hello Colin, We want to make sure the boxes we print meet our customer's expectations. That is why we always send out a final proof with every order before it is sent to production. The proof includes the final design and notes from our graphics team. If you ever have any questions about these notes please reach out to us and we will assist as best we can. Thanks, Kyle Buyboxes

I loved the design of these boxes. And the quality is great! My only issue is the smell / fumes from the paint. I have to wrap the items inside the box with plastic so they don't absorb the odor. It isn't an unpleasant odor, but it is strong, so I've had to adjust how I package what is inside. Otherwise, they are super cute boxes and I'd love to order again. With my next order, I will mention my experience to see if there is anything they can do to eliminate or minimize the smell of the boxes.

Hey Andrea, It’s nice to hear from you! First off we’d like to express how happy we are that you loved the design and quality of the boxes and how much we appreciate your feedback! The odor is caused from the UV inks we use and often times we package our orders to ship as soon as they come off of our printer to ensure a timely delivery which can trap the odor in the box until you open it. We find that after time in the open air the odor will dissipate. I hope this is helpful, we will be sure to give your boxes some time to air out before packing next time. 😃 Thank you, Kyle -The Buyboxes Team
