Absolute one of the worse company experiences I’ve had. Terrible communication. There was a lot of excuses why things weren’t happening as they should. It took them nearly a month just to give our company a quote. After recieving a quote it took nearly 2 weeks for them to send us a proof prior to production. Their communication and excuses was enough for our company to find a different source for our floor displays. We contacted another company, and they completed everything including a full printed sample and we had it in hand before buy boxes could even get a final proof to us. Horrible company wouldn’t recommend.

The boxes look fine. It's a box, so no complaints. But you charged me $85 to ship 3 cardboard boxes. Absolutely ridiculous. If it wasn't a business expense for a nonprofit, I would have never bought anything from your company with my own money. You should be ashamed of charging that much. I got a motorcycle lift shipped for less than 3 cardboard boxes from you.

My product was very late and felt like my deadline wasn't a priority to this company. We were promised a delivery date that was missed by a week.

You told me my packaging would be done 3 weeks ago and now my business is plummeting because I trusted your employers word. I still haven't received my packages....

I used Buyboxes several years ago for my candle boxes and I had to make a change to the artwork and they did not charge me a fee for that. However, this time, when I submitted my artwork, it appeared differently on their boxes than the initial online proof so they said to send them transparent background images, which I did and that solved the issue. However, they then wanted to charge me a $25.00 fee for this and I said no because I hadn't made any changes except transparency and that was at their request. I told them to cancel the order and refund my money and they refunded everything but $25.00 and a $3% "transaction fee" so I will be disputing this portion with my credit card company. They should value customer service above all else, now they've lost a previous client and I have moved over to Packola instead.

Shipping cost are outrageous I would not recommend using these guys. Use UPrinting instead. Almost 70$ for a sample and it takes 1 month to get to you

Not great so far. I know that they can get it together but quite a few errors on just 2 initial samples because a customer service rep is not up to the task, or does not take notes. Or both. As a boxes only company I expect a much better expertise than I have received thus far. Hoping for better go forward. Updated a week later - horrible attention to detail, waited another 4 days to get revised CADs that were not checked over and totally wrong for basic changes. If you want some average box I am sure they would be great, if you want anything better consider look elsewhere.

I called prior to ensure that they would review photos to make sure they weren’t distorted. The rep on the phone told me they would all be reviewed and edited if needed. Then after you guy emailed the proof to me there was nothing attached. I had to reach out to customer support to get a pdf proof to view. From my computer everything looked good. Once I received the boxes the images were distorted...
