Hello Grace, At Buyboxes we try to be as transparent as possible about our expected turnaround times. Our estimated shipment date is 2-10 business days after the artwork has been approved. Your order will be shipped out today which would be 8 business days after artwork approval and within our estimated range. In the future, if you have a deadline you need to meet, please reach out to our team so we can best accommodate your needs. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations on this time. Our team has upgraded your shipping for free so you can receive your box sooner. Best wishes, Kyle Buyboxes.com

Hello Colin, We want to make sure the boxes we print meet our customer's expectations. That is why we always send out a final proof with every order before it is sent to production. The proof includes the final design and notes from our graphics team. If you ever have any questions about these notes please reach out to us and we will assist as best we can. Thanks, Kyle Buyboxes
