I purchased a new 2019 MacBook Air and wanted to sell my 2011 Mabook Air. After shopping around it turned out that BuyBackWorld would give me $40.00 more for it than Apple's trade-in credit, and $67.00 more than one of the major buy-back companies. I completed the form at BuyBackWorld, which supplied me with a mailing label. I mailed the computer to them and they sent me a check for the amount agreed upon within a few days. The entire process was hassle-free, and I got the most return available for the computer. I recommend this company with no reservations.

Do not send your devices to this company! I sent in four iphones and received $12. I had received an email from them that two of my phones had a 'BAD ESN', in the email there is an option "I want to REJECT the revised offer and have my item sent back to me". I selected this option but never received my devices back. They will never answer their customer service number, I've tried multiple times to contact them over the phone, not one answer, no call back. They also do not respond to their chat help. I emailed customer service and was told my items have been recycled and they are unable to send them back to me. Unacceptable, I feel like they have stolen my phones and are refusing to discuss this with me. My original quote for the two recycled phones was $145, now I have nothing for them. DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONES TO THESE PEOPLE. There are many other companies out there that offer the same service, pick any company but this one. At least go with a company that will answer the phone. Update to their response* We've already established that 2017 has nothing to do with the issues with your company. This order was processed in 2019. Additionally, you refuse to answer the phone, return voicemail, respond to the customer service email or answer the questions asked through the BBB complaint. Did you or did you not profit from the phone you are refusing to pay me for?
