Complete SCAM. They sent me 90$ on paypal but I cannot claim it and noone will answer my phone calls or respond to emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The reviews and BBB have now determined this company as a complete scam.

I sent in a device that was delivered three days ago, but still shows as "awaiting receipt" This company has not responded to any emails. MORE IMPORTANTLY, all calls to them go directly to full voicemails and then disconnects AND their "live" chat is never active even during their so called business hours. So, they have my device and I cannto find out what is going on. I regret using them. HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE (if you can even say that as customer service doesn't even exist)

I sent two gift cards in July and still have not received an update or payment for a few weeks now. I emailed and said it would be updated in the next few business days and it wasn't. Tried calling and voicemail was full and direct chat is never up always have to leave a message.

I filled out all of the forms and sent the package with three phones in it, all in excellent condition......and they said they received the package but none of the phones were in it. This company is a scam to get your equipment.....of course the phones were in the box. This is how they get out of paying you for your used phones. I will never use them again.

This was a good transaction the only minor issue and why 4 stars because upon recieving item, it took 1 week 2 days just to test and verify, then release payment. This day and age of computers I think should've not taken so long. Everything else was smooth though. Reps kept me informed through out was kind informative fast easy replies. Would do business with again. You should to. There offers are the best out their.

SCAM SCAM SCAM I was offered $77 for a Samsung Galaxy Note 5. Although that isn't much, I no longer needed the phone and so I accepted. They got the phone and then said they couldn't unlock it. I removed it from my Google Account per their directions and they still said it was locked. So they offered $8. If it is really locked, why would they give anything? They said they would send my phone back. I will update this to let you know whether or not they even send it back. 7-15-19

I used buybackworld because of the positive reviews. Beware - I sent them a brand new, unused Blackberry KeyOne. They had the highest offer of $85. However, upon receipt, they claim that the item was cracked. I wrapped the phone in bubble wrap and sent it in a manner that it is unlikely that it broke during shipping. I believe that they make money by a bait and switch. Once they have your item - what can you do other than accept the revised offer??? Do yourself a favor and use a company that insures the postal delivery or trade in directly with a local company.

SCAM DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I recently wanted to sell some of my things but they sent me a box with insufficient postage and they mail service almost charged me 35$ and then they say its a "new service" and that the United States Postal Service is just wrong. When Pressed further and wanted to get a FedEx label they did not respond. So I just decided to keep my things rather than suffering from a scam. Don't use this company ever they are very shady.
