Terrible Experience

I requested a shipping kit be sent to me on the 26th of April, the box came quick (this will end up being the only part of this process that's fast.) and i sent my items off. I waited over 10 business days for them to even look at and inspect my items. Some of my items were not even inspected on the same day, they decided it was best to examine half my order, and then put the other items off for a few days. The straw the broke the camels back was an item they claimed to have google protection on. I received the email about how the phone was locked on a Thursday, and within 5 minutes i had removed the google account from it. They did not re-inspect the phone until the following Friday, and i had to contact them through customer support twice in order to get this to happen! Then they come back with a message claiming that the google device protection is still on the phone and they cant inspect it, so instead of telling me this, they just decide to cut 105$ out of my order without asking me by sending the phone back to me. Now i have to wait until this phone come in the mail before i can sell it again. I will never recommend BuyBackWorld to anyone, you would be better off listing and selling your items on Ebay for their quoted prices. They time it takes they to accomplish anything substantial is staggering, not only is their actual business slow but so is their customer support. They claim they are available everyday during their normal business hours, but they are NOT. No one ever answers their phone, their live chat is ALWAYS offline, and it takes on average 2 days to get a response from their ZenDesk support tickets.

However, since you order came in during a surge in Trade-ins your order was slightly delayed. We cannot process payment until all devices in an order have passed inspection. As it stands, your Amazon Kindle Oasis, Apple iPhone SE, and your Galaxy S7 edge passed inspection on 05/23/2019 for the Fully Quoted Values of $90 for your Kindle Oasis, $40 for your iPhone SE and $90 for your Galaxy S7 edge. You accepted our revised offer of $25 for your iPhone 6 on 05/24/2019. We emailed you on 05/24/2019 in regards to your Google Pixel 2 being Google Locked. Your device was rechecked several times on 05/24/2019 and 05/29/2019 and it was found that your device is still Google locked. Due to this we processed your device for return to you on 05/31/2019 as we are unable to purchase Google Locked devices. Once you receive your device back you can remove the lock yourself and then place a new order to have your device reinspected. Your payment was then processed and sent out to you on 06/01/2019 for your additional items. Since you chose PayPal your funds were available for immediate usage. Thanks again and we look forward to hearing back from you in the near future.
