order delivery online for receipt 30-10, got confirmation then thats it, nothing after called butcombe no answer emailed butcombe nothing emailed courier nothing yet courier advised received but delayed, then advised not received from sender. You should be more customer servicer savvy, absolute disgrace AVOIDE BUYING FROM THIS POOR SCAMMING COMPANY YOU WILL BE LUCKY TO RECEIVED YOUR GOODS BUYERS BEWARE !!!

I recently visited Lamb inn Axbridge and had an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant. The decor is charming, and it really sets the perfect mood for a relaxing evening. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. I tried the Rump streak, and it was absolutely delicious—definitely a highlight of the night! The selection of beers/cocktails/food is impressive, catering to all tastes. What really stood out was the sense of community. It felt like a place where everyone knows each other, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend Lamb Inn Axbridge for anyone looking for great food, drinks, and a fantastic atmosphere. Robert

Pub was grubby, staff were arguing and they did not declare or mention the 10% service charge on 2 small sandwiches and 2 pints served at the bar that already now cost me £42. Outrageous price, undersized portions, underwhelming food, hidden service charge, dirty tables and off staff make this a pub or chain I will never return too.

Got me in for a head chef trial at one of their pubs, kitchen was I would say a immediate Health and safety failure, fridges unlabelled, off produce everywhere, made me spend nearly three hours of my time unpaid, cooking a steak and oven chips off their menu and then asked me to do a cook off (is it the 90's still) to prove I could cook wetherspoon style food at central London prices. The area roaming head chef had given unbeknownst to me an out of date steak to cook, which in itself was shocking and embarrassing for me. Then because the company executive chef couldnt take a breath from eating to learn a buy of self dignity or respect for others, I continued to struggle on improvising what was expected of me. Then I whipped up a lovely dish out of nothing basically, from their poorly organised fridge for a cook off and then basically got told the exec was too busy to give me two minutes of his time and they would be in touch, the guys clearly thought he was a lot more skilled than he was. They then never had the respect to call me and say, we've gone with another applicant, but thanks for your time. I didn't want the role after seeing how they operate anyway, but a bit of respect to just say thank you after the trial would be common practice.

Beautiful location lovely village Good service but very average food! Bourne Valley Inn This group needs to get their act together I suggest they use Crab and Boar at Chievely as a template for excellence! Bird in Hand very average also
