The staff and food made this stay good. Unfortunately the housekeeping let it down a lot. The room was nice but tired, had a few issues. The room wasn't very clean on arrival, duvet cover was inside out and ripped, no mattress cover so could see stains. We stayed Friday till Monday and the housekeeper didn't service our room at all despite leaving the sign on the door, so we had to find staff to ask for toilet rolls, milk and coffee. Room was said to have a coffee maker and fan but didn't have either. It's a shame because the staff were otherwise amazing and the food was beyond good.
