Whilst I really appreciate David (he was amazing!) I was surprised and a little frustrated at how convoluted and time consuming the whole process was. I had to wait a lot for each step of the process and even though I’m pleased I will be flying premium, it was stressful. Not sure if I’d use the service again. DAVID IS AMAZING - very patient, excellent at his job, great customer service skills - He gets 5 Stars, the process gets 3/4 stars

David was persistent in finding flights and prices that met my criteria.

My husband and I needed business class plane tickets for our multi-city trip to Europe in June 2025. I contacted five different discount business class sites. Kai from Business Travel 365 gave the best price right away and was very honest with me. The other companies gave me higher prices for the same itinerary and when I told them that I got a better price from somebody else, they all asked for the price I got and all said, "Let me go back to my consolidators, supervisors, airline etc and they will give a better price". My question is, Why did you not give me the best price right away? Kai, like I said before, gave me the best price at the first try and nobody could beat it. I valued that. Next time I need plane tickets, I will know who to call. Honesty in a sales person is quite a rare thing.

Very responsive, accountable, Conceirge-like. Always finding us great flight options/prices, checks us into our flights, managing our trip from beginning to end. We use them for all of our frequent travel over the past 2+ years and are happy with the service they provide

Flem assisted us with our flight reservations to Japan. He is professional, very responsive to emails and phone calls, and was able to make the business class arrangements at a competitive prices. It was a pleasure to work with Flem and I will definitely contact him for our future travel plans!

I can't thank Business Travel 365 enough for organizing such a fabulous trip to Africa for my mother and I. We both loved the trek experience and were just thrilled with the dates recommended including airline services and our guides. Rio our travel expert was extremely helpful in negotiating our travel plans. He provided us with great advice that we would have otherwise never known. Rio was so personable, easy to contact, and responsive to all of our questions. Additionally, Rio was very professional and always available. He gave me great information and was open and honest.

This was my first time doing business with Business Travel 365. Michael is/was great! He was extremely patient with my travel details as it included working with my flying companions' schedule. While I do not know how complex my travel itinerary is to others, it is complex for me as my travels involve meeting up with a group of travelers for a 2 week period. I believe I will stay in Michael's very capable hands throughout my travels. Thank you Michael for your kindness and promptness in working with me. Cheers!

We made complex bookings to and from China. Rio helped find the best airline times with only one stopover each way. He was a very good communicator - returned texts and emails promptly.
