Amazing Customer Service. This was the first time I used this company. I was referred by someone who uses them all the time. Well, now I know why. I am amazed at the knowledge, thoroughness and great customer service. Teo, who booked my flights, could not have been more patient and thorough. He got me a great itinerary at a great price. But just as importantly he answered all my questions and made any concerns I had or issues I wondered about disappear. When he said he would get back to me in x minutes or x hours-bingo-he would contact me right on the dot. His experience and connections in the industry are invaluable. I could not have done what he did. He saved me hours of research and I could tell I was dealing with a true professional who knows what he is talking about. I will definitely use their service again and I recommend Businesstravel365 without hesitation.

He was courteous, professional and delivered the best deal I could have imagined. He took his time to know my traveling preferences and found the best deal available. I had a gentleman named Martin who helped me for almost 5 days back and forth with emails with so many questions i needed answered. He didn't mind at all that i showed him prices from different companies . He would make sure i get a better price. I finally saw a fantastic price from Martin where NO ONE could of compared or beaten his price for my SQ flight of one from jakarta to JFK. I totally will be calling him again for my December trip of 2019.
