Emmanuel worked so hard to get us the best route and price

For many years, we have worked Flem Cruz as our travel agent. We have consistently had excellent service from Flem, in fact it seems he is at work 24/7! We also feel that Flem has access to the best pricing available on flights. When the inevitable change needs to be made on dates or flight times, he is always willing to assist us quickly. We would not book a flight without speaking to Flem first. He is professional, responsive and a genuinely pleasant person to work with. Thank you for all you do, Flem.

I had the pleasure of working with Chin Collins, an experienced, knowledgeable, dedicated travel advisor. Our flight reservation had attached to it many requests ( non stop to Europe, multiple airports, handicap arrangements, etc). She found us the perfect flights, managing each request and suggesting arrangements that were perfect. She is a seasoned pro that doesn’t quit until she gets her client what is needed. Her follow through and communication were perfect and we will use her services again and refer our friends to her. Thank you, Chin!

Flem was always quick to respond both by email and text as well as phone. He was diligent in searching sll possible choices for complex travel to Europe for multiple people.

Emmanuel sent me several options and was very kind in taking into account all my requests. Furthermore, the cost of the tickets was convenient.
