We travel 2-3 times a year Internationally usually with 2 to 4 different countries in one trip. I contact this company and spoke to JORDAN after explaining what I went thru with the company that I had just purchased tickets from Dallas to Thailand to Tokyo back to Dallas Business class for 3 people and the fact that I had to cancelled them because they had me changing planes in 2 different airports in Japan on the same trip. I told JORDAN I was waiting for a credit refund back to my card it which would be tomorrow. It sounded like JORDAN was sympathetic to what I went thru (WRONG) After several hours and JORDAN'S several attempts at trying to change the price on me, mind you my calls are recorded, as they are on my company phone, JORDAN finally said that Japan Airlines had confirmed the flights and everyone's name and credit card information was submitted, even though JORDAN said the credit card info is not submitted until after the flights are confirmed. This occurred about 10:30 pm central time. JORDAN stated he would call me the next day once he had chosen the seats we even discussed which rows and seats we wanted. The next day came and went and no call from JORDAN (6/29) on 6/30 I called JORDAN 3 times all calls went ignored, I emailed JORDAN 3 times all emails went ignored. I called the main number spoke to someone who once again sounded like he was sympathetic and stated and guaranteed the Manger would call me back in 1 hour. I told him that i was in the process of writing this review and he promised me the Manager would call to please not write the review, I waited 3 hours no call back no ever did and this is why this was written. I cant believe these companies can play with peoples vacation like this especially knowing that we are trying to purchase these tickets for a June 8th departure.

I recently had the misfortune of using BusinessTravel365 for my travel needs and I have to say, it was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Their service is absolutely awful and I would strongly advise anyone against going anywhere near them. First of all, the agency was completely unresponsive to my requests. I had to constantly follow up with them for information and they seemed disinterested in helping me. This should have been a red flag for me, but unfortunately I trusted them to handle my travel arrangements. To make matters worse, they actually charged my card for services that were never provided. I reached out to them multiple times to try and rectify this issue, but they never bothered to respond or even attempt to refund me. This level of customer service is completely unacceptable and it is clear that BusinessTravel365 does not prioritize their clients' satisfaction. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was with this agency. If you value your time, money, and overall sanity, please stay far away from BusinessTravel365. There are plenty of reputable travel agencies out there that will actually take care of their clients and provide excellent service. Don't make the same mistake I did and avoid BusinessTravel365 at all costs. Trust me, you do not want to miss your flight because of their incompetence.

Please ignore the review I posted earlier. I thought I'd gotten a significant discount, showed up at the airport to find out that they'd neglected to book the right date with the carrier. I spent two anxious hours waiting for them to finally get me another flight that night. Then it took more than a week for them to confirm a return flight for me on the date I wanted. In addition, I was charged an extra $350 for all of this repeat booking, was told that I'd get the money back as soon as everything was taken care of, i've been home a month and no sign of the refund. Yes, I got a good price, but not enough to justify all of the aggravation it cost me.
