Jaycob found me some great priced tickets to London (from Perth), and the trip went without a hitch. I have already booked another trip with Jaycob for my wife and I and look forward to using him again.

I must say our experience with the business club was absolutely exceptional. Jaycob was easy to deal with, he was accurate, fast and was true to his word in every aspect. I had a great experience and would not hesitate to use this business for any future flight bookings.

Never used this club before, but it will be my choice in all my travels.

I got my money back as I was not happy with their service and the way they conduct business. So I am happy with the end outcome. Since an invoice and confirmation never comes from the actual airline after payment confirming the booking is held and locked in, I personally find this to be problematic and uncertain. Maybe the business can change this to give its customers greater assurances and clarity that the booking is 100% locked in. It can be a stressful and uncertain booking process.

I was happy you found me a flight even though it was more than what I was expecting to pay
