Service was great. Unfortunately, we were not advised that our trip booked thru Lufthansa Airlines was actually United Airlines with a different booking number, making it difficult to obtain that information until we checked in. An improvement for communication is suggested.

Prompt responses to questions. A competitive price. Jacob gave me options and having dealt with the company before I was confident of their service. I didn't realise that my return flight took me to a totally different terminal in Perth, 10 mins. drive from the long term parking. Perth is unusual for that. Jacob probably didn't realise that either.

Thanks to Businessclassclub for organising my return flights to Euope. All went exceptionally well. Qatar Qsuite is the best business seat I have travelled in and the service is exceptional. Flew Iceland to Brisbane home and had luggage checked all the way through. My only criticism/ suggestion is that personal contact details i e phone numbers and email need to be included on the original booking with Qatar for example so that traveller can get into booking on line. The two step security process sends a code to the booking agent when traveller tries to access booking. I then had to contact Jacob to get the code to access the booking. Jacob to his credit answered immediately.

I have been using Business Class Club for many years for my international travel. I find Jaycob to be efficient, professional and prompt. There was a time that the driver did not pick me up and Jaycob promptly refunded me. This last booking there was an issue receiving the tickets to my email, Jaycob phoned me direct and he then emailed the airline booking reference and I was able to download direct to the app. Business Class Club offers great value without compromising service I will continue to be a customer.
