I contacted Bushnell as my golf viewfinder was using a full battery during each individual round. My enquiry was to request if there was a recognised fix I could apply or an option to repair the unit. The response was that if the unit was out of guarantee, 2 years, then nothing could be done. No suggestions of companies that may repair, simply a total lack of interest. So be aware if your bushnell unit breaks your only option is to throw it in the bin Pathetic customer support or interest

Bought the Bushnell Phantom golf ranger and it has just stopped working after 5 times of using it. Just gone completely dead and won’t charge, unfortunately it is just over a year since purchase so out of warranty but not impressed and not not recommend this product! Neil

Have the Bushnell Phantom, if I could provide one star I would! Partner and I were both paired originally, now she is completely locked out. Won't let her log in and won't connect on bluetooth. She's even tried logging in as me, and I've uninstalled as wouldn't give me the option to disconnect. I am away this week, she wants to play our local course, but useless device usually doesn't even register, when it does provides a passcode, but then won't connect to her phone. So the device is a waste of time and money, completely useless!!!

Unglued the screen of my Neon XS and the answer from Bushnell Europe was the following: "Unfortunately repairs are something that Bushnell Golf don't do. If this unit is within 2 year warranty and a proof of purchase can be provided to show this then we can get a new watch sent out to you which would be the Ion 2 watch. If unable to provide this, as a gesture of goodwill we can offer a discounted price for the Ion 2."
