BusBankReviews of busbank.com

BusBank made booking and managing the buses for our event so easy! Communication leading up to the event was helpful, buses were on time, drivers were great. We needed a last minute addition of a bus which was not problem for them to handle. Looking forward to my next booking with BusBank.

I love BusBank! I have been working with them since 2018 and I will never look elsewhere! From Jacqualine in the main office in Chicago, to every bus driver we have had, it is always a seamless experience. And the prices are reasonable too!!

Buses were always early to pick us up. The bus was very clean and had nice leather interior. Driver was very responsive and kept me up to date on arrival status. The booking process was very easy as well. Highly recommend for events.

First time working with BusBank, it was a great experience. My rep, Kimberly was very helpful and responsive. Our driver, Virgil was fantastic.

I had to plan two separate shuttles in different states, and it was very easy to do so. The company is highly responsive! The buses were clean, punctual, and the drivers were exceptionally nice. I would highly recommend their services!

I have been working with Busbank for over nine years, and every time I coordinate transportation for an event, I feel confident that my colleagues and I will arrive and depart safely and on time. I highly recommend their services and plan to continue using them for many more years to come!

BusBank’s employees were all professional, kind, and helpful. From the agent who booked our trips, to the drivers who transported us, I was delighted at the service BusBank provided.

Bus Bank is extremely easy to work with and professional throughout our charters. My company relies on them often for a reason. Best in class!
