BusBankReviews of busbank.com

THE NEXT TIME WE NEED TO CHARTER A BUS, WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THE BUSBANK. I want to thank and commend the BusBank for their excellent customer service. Scott worked so well with us and we couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of his professionalism. Scott and staff (Steven) were courteous and dependable every step of the way. On both inbound and outbound trips to and from the wedding the driver (Smitty) was prompt, courteous, and friendly. I highly recommend the BusBank and plan on exclusively recommending their service to all of friends and family. Thanks again for your wonderful service!

Great trip!! Our driver was on time for the trip in a white bus, which I had requested if available. There were 23 GT fans and speaking for the group "THE TRIP WAS EXACTLY AS WE HAD HOPED FOR" travel to and from the Game on 09/19/2015. We had the bus for 10 hours and the trip back was somber, but our driver Carter pointed out views of the Chicago skyline and lake views that were spectacular and lightened our mood !! Leading up to the trip, planning started in Januray, Dan Weed the account executive was excellent with planning and detail!! Will reccommend Bus Bank to everyone except UGA FANS ...just kidding..excellent service. A+...

The ENTIRE experience was awesome. Dan was the absolute best to work with. If I called or emailed him , he was so prompt in replying. The bus driver was so knowledgeable in sharing the facts about the DC area during our tour. He was amusing, very nice and courteous to all my family members. I would recommend this service to everyone. Thank you all so much On behalf of the Murphy Family

We were looking for a limo/bus service for transportation for our wedding. We were looking for a roughly a 26 passenger bus that would take our bridal party to an from where we needed to go, and work like a shuttle bus to and from the hotel throughout the night. Looking up companies, I couldn't believe how reasonable and how smooth sailing the process was. The sales rep we worked with was amazing. Their customer service was great; always emailed me when I requested them to let me know they received their check in the mail. Our bus driver was excellent! He was open to directions since we are from the area. He went the route we said which saved time, didn't mind stopping anywhere along the way. I have already given his card out and am bragging to people how amazing BusBank is. I would definitely use them again and will keep spreading their name!! They were early/on time the whole night and honestly, that was what I was most worried about and they were on point!!

My office utilized Busbank for transportation to a company event from IND>CHI. Our driver Tom was fantastic and did everything necessary to make our schedule work as we wanted it to. Lee was our representative from the Busbank who was very prompt in communicating and was on top of everything. The only thing I would have changed would have been to have had a nicer/newer bus. It was a bit older, but nothing terrible. Thanks to Lee and Tom for having 5-star customer-service!

We have used Bus Bank for the shuttle service for our summer intensive students for two years now. Whenever there is an issue it is handled quickly and completely. They are very good about communicating with their customers.

I had a last minute need for a bus and the staff was wonderful in getting the date and bus set up. The bus was cool (it was crazy a crazy hot summer day), the driver was very professional, and he drove the bus extremely well. I would highly recommend this company for any bus needs!
