The whole booking process was so seamless and efficient. The account executive (Daniel Weed) was very courteous and responded promptly to all email enquiries and was very accommodating to changing priorities. This is very important when arranging any event and it removes the stress of having to worry about administrative headaches. The coach was clean and the driver was very courteous and polite. He was very flexible to our needs and was very prompt with every aspect of our journey. I had initial concerns of paying all the money upfront with no guarantee of any service apart from an invoice. However, Daniel alleviated any concerns I may have had and provided assurance of the service. I had a pleasant experience, and would certainly use Bus Bank again. More so, I would recommend this to anyone. An easy and efficient way of booking transportation for a group of people for any occasion.

Our initial bus company was unable to accommodate us last minute. The day before the event to be exact. The Bus Bank was able to accommodate my group last minute and was so kind and helpful the entire process through. Rudy was patient with me and got us exactly what we needed.

We had a conference 4+ hours away from most folks attending so we contracted a coach bus and never regretted it. Our attendees and passengers on the bus were able to enjoy the scenic view of the fall foliage and socialize during the drive to and from the conference. The driver was exceptional and assisted all passengers with their luggage and bags, boarding and disembarking.

Not at all because of the drivers, we had some problems. They couldn't park the buses where we had planned, because there were cars parked there. The drivers easily found a place to park (big buses!) very close by. We needed to change the boarding schedule a little, and they were very flexible. We needed to have them pick up the guests later than planned after the event. So I telephoned one of the drivers and everything was fine, even though the guests started boarding the bus even 20 minutes after I had told the drivers. Very professional, very competent, pleasant, etc.

This company tends to come through every time. Very attentive and response is in a timely manner. It's a bit expensive though.

Drivers arrived on time and were most patient with delayed arrival of our guests. Got us to our destination in a timely manner despite rush hour traffic. On time pick up and willingness to reroute per our request. Buses were clean and comfortable.

The bus arrived before schedule and provided great service. The driver was extremely friendly and ensured we had an easy trip. I would definitely recommend busbank.
