I have had other bus companies fail miserably, so I was very pleased with the professionalism of the staff and appreciative of the entire process including the bus and the driver. Event went off as advertised. I will definitely use this company again!

Everyone who participated in our event was pleased with the transportation. The driver on time and friendly. The bus was very clean. On the whole a very good trip. We will be using Busbank again for future events.

The Busbank service was amazing!! I was worried a little about trying this new place online. I booked the bus for my cub scouts event. I was hesitant and just wanted everything to be perfect. It was just like as Scott said. The bus driver showed up early and was there before I was. He was so warm and friendly. The scouts were all excited about riding the bus. Everything was perfect!!! Thank you so much!! I would definitely use your services again and recommend it to others! All our Scout leaders were impressed. Thank you for making this event happen! I truly enjoyed working with Scott H. and your driver. Laura H. Treasurer Events Coordinator

The folks behind the scenes at BusBank are easy to work with and prompt with communication. The contract and payment portion were easy and painless. Our driver, Larry, was very nice and got everyone to where they needed to be on time. He also made an extra trip at the end of the night because we had too many people that would fit on the bus. The service was above our expectations!

This company was extremely accommodating with our very large group of around 200. They were very prompt, reliable, and safe. They were great with our students and very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Not only was the price affordable, but the company was very good with communicating with me and my group. The bus driver was very nice and so flexible with our schedule. I had a group of 40+ and it was a lot to handle but in the end bus bank made it work!

Two pieces of feedback. First, BusBank is awesome! I am a big fan of the service. After dealing with many individual bus companies for over 10 years, BusBank cuts my planning time by 80%. Its super convenient and the people I've worked with have been professional and helpful. Great job. Second, our bus driver (Stephen Spiros) was wonderful. He was happy for us to enjoy ourselves during our bus trip.

We had an event that required transportation for approximately 50 people. BusBank offered a good price and excellent bus transportation to and from the event. I highly recommend them for any of your transportation needs.
