I woukd recommend busbank. Although our driver needed a "pep talk" before shuttling my bridal party around, our mini coach was beyond our expectations. We were skeptikal that we did not get to see the exact bus before it arrived, but rolled the dice and ended up having a great night. I will use busbank again in the future.

We had a round trip corporate event scheduled (Three hours each way). The driver in the morning drove erratic and weaved in and out of traffic. So much so, she got pulled over by the police. When I notified BusBank and requested a new driver for the return portion of the trip, they were great! They responded immediately to my concern and addressed it without a second thought. A new driver was ready to go when our meeting convened. Even though we had an issue in the beginning, how they handled our concerns and requests will have me coming back the next time I need their service.

Paper works via online were very easy to process and very professional. Thorough information as to how we communicate in case of emergency were provided. Office people in BusBank were very efficient and courteous. The bus used was clean and bus drivers were nice. We would like to use the service again.

I work at a high school in Chicagoland. Every fall we take our seniors on a bus trip to look at college campuses and to encourage them to jump start the application process. This year the company I had originally booked backed out on me three days before the trip. I thought we'd have to cancel, but BusBank came through and we were able to carry on with the trip as planned. The only reason this isn't a five star review is because the drivers weren't sure of directions, despite them having the addresses for where they were going. They had to rely on chaperones and students using their own cell phones to guide them to the campuses. Other than that, BusBank delivered exactly what I expected, and I was very happy with their service.

This company was efficient and on time. However, they arrived in the wrong spot and both of the bus drivers were in different areas making it complicated for our company. The bus drivers were not communicating with one another so it felt like we rented from two separate bus companies. Overall it was a good experience and I would use them again.
