BusBankReviews of busbank.com

We needed to shuttle 150+ people from McCormick Place to an event in the loop on a Tuesday evening. All the shuttle drivers arrived early and were very helpful by letting me know before they left each location. This provided real time data so I could accurately determine when the next empty bus would be back for more people. A great experience and we are so grateful!

First time user of BusBank with total five days rental. Their service are excellent -- all bus drivers were nice and courteous; all buses were in good, clean condition and most importantly they were all on time!!! I will definitely use this company again.

BusBank was one of the smartest decisions I have gone with. Their response time was amazing, from just emailing them for a quote to a bus having trouble on the road. BusBank was on top of it from the first contact. They would not rest until everything was perfect and we were happy. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and honest bus company to work with.

This will now be the only bus company for me!!!!!!!!!!!!

My organization rented out several deluxe coach buses for a 10 hour trip and we couldn't have been happier. The drivers were extremely polite, professional, and helpful. The buses were in excellent condition and very nice to ride in. Above all else was the customer service I received when making the reservation. The Bus Bank representative, Scott Hood, was nothing but excellent in his service. He was friendly, extremely helpful, and went above and beyond in getting our reservation and proposals put together. Mr. Hood's commitment to going the extra mile for us is why we will most definitely be using Bus Bank in the future.

They took a late reservation and was on time. Children loved the buses as well as parents. very clean.

Very reliable and willing to work with our schedules.

Very nice driver and on time, very good mini bus.
