This is my second time working with Bus Bank this year and both experiences were great. I worked with Philip May to book both times and he was friendly and quick to get me the information I needed. He was also very patient as I had to make changes to my reservations a couple of times. The bus driver was also always on time and did not have any issues getting to and from where we needed to go.
