BusBankReviews of busbank.com

Making a booking from Australia was quite daunting as zero local knowledge of transport providers in the US. Busbank were fantastic to deal with from the get go! From our Account Manager Phil and the Accounts clerk, Monica - nothing was too much trouble for them to assist us. When the bus arrived to collect us in NYC we were delighted with our vehicle and more importantly, our driver Louis (LJ). LJ looked after us for a full week in the US and we could not have asked for a more beautiful man to look after us. He was always ready for our call times and always on hand to assist with our luggage (of which there was LOTS!) I would not hesitate to book with BusBank in the future. Easy to work with and reliable service provider. Thanks guys - you made our US trip so easy!

easy to book. great price. no hassles

they got us there and back safely and on time! thumbs up to me!

Awesome experience! Bill was great driver, the service was excellent. We will use your sevices again next traveling events!

BusBank was very easy to work with. Communication was very easy with them and they always responded to emails in a timely manner. The only issue I had was with the driver. His instructions were to make 2 back to back trips from our hotel to our wedding venue starting at 2:30pm (trip was an estimated 30 minutes). For some reason after the 1st trip, our driver parked the shuttle somewhere and was waiting until 5pm to pickup the 2nd round of guests. Our ceremony was scheduled to start at 4:30pm. This delay pushed back our ceremony and cut out some time during the reception. The event worked out in the end, but this delay was very frustrating at the time. Overall, BusBank was great to work with. Make sure the driver has very clear instructions on when his services are needed.

Scott, our sales agent was awesome! I was very nervous as we were arranging transportation for our son's wedding which took place in Cincinnati while we live in Detroit. Scott was so patient and knowledgeable. Then our driver, Ayoka, was so prompt, professional and polite! We couldn't have been happier. We hope to use BusBank again. Great experience!

I would absolutely recommend BusBank again! Not only were they fast to respond to my quote request but they were the most reasonable rate. The bus driver was prompt, courteous and took us to exactly where we needed to go. If we need a bus service in the future, we will be contacting them again!

The bus arrived on time and got to everywhere we asked to go. The driver, Don, was fine. Overall it was a good experience for everyone.
