BusBankReviews of busbank.com

This is the second year in a row that we've used Bus Bank. Both times we worked with Lee. Lee was very helpful and communicative. The bus service that Bus Bank connected us with was terrific and our driver this year was THE BEST ever! With 36 teens on the bus it takes a special kind of person. At the end of our trip every one of our teens wanted to take a picture with our bus driver. He was as much a part of our tour as anyone else.

Our students really enjoyed the trip. Thank you!

The bus was nice and the bus driver was very friendly and accommodated our needs. I would very much recommend your bus company and use you your services again. Thank you very much.

We had a group of 25 the driver was excellent and his customer service was outstanding. This is the 4th year we have used BUSBANK..we are very pleased with them. We feel confident in referring them..and will continue to use them..

On time, courteous drivers, easy to book.

This was the first time i have used BusBank and I am sold on on them. I especially the ease of entering my information for a quote and the quick reply. I found their pricing what I would expect to pay for this service. I appreciated the informed updates and the bus driver's contact information the day before our event. The bus driver arrived right on time and was courteous, helpful and very professional in her driving skills. She was also very patient and easy to work with to make our event a great success! I would recommend this service and this driver to anyone! Thank you!

We used Bus Bank for a very large company retreat and they were not only very responsive, but they bent over backwards to help fix a mistake we had made on our itinerary.

Great Service and on time.
