We had a very safe and reliable bus driver. I was very disappointed, however, that the bus we received did NOT have Wi-Fi and there also was no dvd player on the bus. I was told via email that both Wi-Fi and and dvd player would be included.

6 States - 8 buses all descending one 1 location, the timing was exactly what I had expected and wanted. Using Bus bank made it very easy to keep track of all my guests both coming and going. 2 of the 8 bus drivers were a little grumpy, but we all have bad days. I would definitely use the services of Bus Bank again.

Very pleased with BusBank. Reserving the bus was easy, the driver was nice, and arrived right on time! Only reservation is that the bus was a little dirty and one seat was broken - a few others looked like they had been through the ringer. I was so happy to have the bus, that I wasn't too concerned but I would have been upset if it had been a different group - as presentation is everything!

All went well without any hiccups once I contacted them. Timely follow ups would have been nice.

Very good experience, however our scheduling did not get updated efficiently as we had changes. Busbank communications to the local transportation vendor not perfect.
