BusBankReviews of busbank.com

Our driver Greg Reis was awesome. He was prompt, engaging and full of ebb and flow. We will definately seek him out for our next excursion!

I was grateful for the professional response to my initial inquires and pleased with BusBank's flexibility when small changes were required. The bus driver as prompt and responsible. I will certainly use them again.

I couldn't be happier with Busbank. Negotiating with Dan Weed was a professional and pleasant experience. The buses were beautiful and nicer than anticipated. Our drivers were courteous, attentive and competent. I highly recommend this company

Easy to book on line, follow up after the booking was great.

This was the first time I booked a charter bus and Philip was amazing. We needed 3 different pick up locations with 3 different pick up times and for all of the charters to arrive at the same time. We were able to book with a months notice and payment was easy. There were just a couple issues. One of the charters had a tv that didn't work at all and another that was intermittent. Another charter arrived late due to traffic, but it was fleet week in San Francisco. The bus drivers were very flexible when it came to rest stops and helpful when it came to loading and unloading the bus. I'd use busbank again in the future!

I used busbank for my wedding. We needed to have all of our guests meet the buses and then shuttle them to a softball field, wait for us during the ceremony, and then drop us off at our final destination for brunch. Honestly, it couldn't have been easier to set up and coordinate with the agents on the phone, they were very receptive and put me at ease. Buses were on time and I couldn't be happier with their service. Not to mention the big yellow school buses we used were an adorable novelty that we and our guests loved. All around smooth and easy and so reliable. Highly recommended!!

Will definitely use BusBank in the future!

AOH Bus Trip We had a great time on our recent bus trip to Atlantic City. Our driver Larry was very professional and the bus was excellent. It was a new bus less than 8 months old and was one of the most comfortable buses I've ever been in. On time and very clean. I'd recommend this company to anyone looking for a bus for their group.
