Driver was great!!

Very accommodating even during weekends and last minute changes. Great service.

We had no trouble at all with BusBank! We enjoyed our driver, Alton. He was personable and prepared. Everything went as planned and we are planning to use them again for another trip. Dan Weed also provided answers to all my questions and gave me wonderful customer service.

Great to work with beforehand and on-site, very adaptable on a challenging event.

Our representative, Phillip, was great and responded quickly when another company didn't keep their agreement. The bus driver Karisma was super nice and helpful. She made an unscheduled pit stop at a park for us and waited patiently everywhere we went. Thanks!!

Scott was very helpful when I attempted to organize a bus needed to transport a group of friends to/from a late night event. He was very accommodating to the group's needs and extremely responsive during the process. I would use BusBank again and, if I do, I hope to be able to work with Scott.

Scott was very accommodating! He was always available to answer my questions. Everything went smoothly

Very accommodating, quick responses, flexible, and easy to work with!
