We had a great experience with BusBank. My only issue is with the price. It was a bit expensive for the small group that we had.

The booking process was easy and worked out as advertised. Charter arrived on time and was ready to depart on schedule. I had some concern over the route taken because there were more direct alternatives but the driver was following GPS so must have been unfamiliar with the area. Because I waited so long to reserve the bus we had to take one bus to our destination and get another bus on the return. Not a big deal as long as you don't need to leave anything on the bus - which we didn't. I guess the only glitch was that the return bus was either gong to be slightly behind schedule or we would need to stop for refueling. Not realizing refueling means exiting the bus I opted for loading on time and refueling down the road - bad plan. Students waiting nearly half an hour in a gas station while a bus fuels up in the middle of the night is not something I will do again. I believe the bus should have been fully fueled before picking us up and able to do so on time. The overall experience was good and I would book again.

The trip was great! Last minute, I realized that the bus was WIFI compatible. It would have been appreciated if our driver had mentioned it at some point of our trip. We also had a slight problem with the USB ports, and that we had no power going to our phones to charge on the way to and from. We had a moment of charge, but it had cut out randomly and didn't come back. But all in all, our driver was nice and professional.

I found the staff very helpful and cordial in booking the bus, and the process went very smoothly. The street the bus was supposed to pick us up on was closed off that morning, and the driver called us to arrange an alternate location. Good price, good experience!

Lea, our sales associate, did an excellent job from the start keeping us updated and getting back to us with answers, promptly. Patrick, our bus driver, was also great. He was very accommodating and got us to and from Gilette stadium safely. The only problem we ran into was the AC not working on the ride to Gillette. It was a nice day in the 70's, but without windows or AC, the bus was extremely hot, sticky and sweaty. A repair man met us at Gilette and fixed the problem so we had AC on the ride home. Overall, I would recommend busbank. Just make sure you get a bus with the AC working!

We've had a very positive experience in renting a full and mini coach busses from BURBANK two years in a row. Our sales rep Phil is welcoming and very responsive. The only negative I can think of is the lack of forward facing visibility specific to the mini coach bus which made it difficult to get a clear sense of our whereabouts as it relates to our tour itinerary.
