Easily coordinated Transportation based on my needs

We hired BusBank to arrange transportation for guests at my son’s wedding. Philip May was very easy to work with and the bus company they hired provided great service. They could not have been better! Nina W.

Booked a coach bus for 30 people and tons of luggage for transportation to Bayonne nj , for a cruise. Everything was perfect The customer service from Philip May our sales coordinator all the way through to our drivers was top notch. All emails were answered same day and often within an hour. The prices were the best I could find. I was extremely pleased with the company and would definitely use them again.

Excellent service and flexibility from the driver and from customer service staff. Thank you!

Our driver was very accommodating to our situation. She did a good job of communicating with me on pick up times and locations. The bus was clean and appeared to be well maintained.

We had a great experience with Bus Bank. Our company of 21 people did a fun outing to a golf course and hired a school bus to take us. The driver was courteous and got us to all of our destinations safely and on time. We had to change our destinations a few times prior to the rental day, but Bus Bank was very accommodating with our changes. We will definitely use Bus Bank again for future outings!

I was researching Charter Bus Companies for a staff event, and was 98% confirmed with another company. But something told me to look at their customer reviews. The reviews for the company were pretty dismal -- some as recent as the week that I was doing my research. I went with BusBank because their customers wrote glowing reviews about them.

Excellent service starting with making the reservation down to the bus driver. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for friendly and courtesy services.
