BusBankReviews of busbank.com

It was very easy to make a reservation through BusBank. Their staff are very responsive, and our bus driver was excellent.

I had the pleasure of working with BusBank - Philip May, specifically - on a charter (+ custom vehicle-wrap) project quite recently. For a first-time-renter like myself, Phil's project management and crystal-clear communications/advice - throughout every step of the process - made my experience truly enjoyable; even considering that all was accomplished under extremely tight deadlines. The end-result: an extremely happy client -- and a grateful partner. I look forward to future opportunities!

The team at Bus Bank met all of our demands, even those that were very last minute. Everyone was professional and very helpful. The buses were clean and the drivers were awesome! I look forward to future business endeavors.

We had 4 buses, 2 ways. Drivers were on time, friendly, and got the job done! It was raining, but they drove safely and still got us to our destination on time! Would definitely use them again.

Thank you so much for the mini coach transportation on Brian and I's wedding day! Abdul did a wonderful job driving us to church, Buckley Homestead, and to the reception in Lowell. He was very patient with us, which I'm sure wasn't easy loading 12 women onto a bus, and I really appreciate that. The bus was very clean and spacious, and it was a smooth ride to all locations. Thank you again for all of your help during this process! We will be sure to recommend you to our family and friends. Veronica and Brian Burgan

Thank you, we had a great experience. The driver was very respectful and prompt.

Had a great experience with BusBank. Rented a bus for a day in NYC. Took a lot of the stress out of traveling in the city with a big group. My contact person answered all questions and provided any requested information. Our driver was on time, professional, nice, and was open to any changes in the schedule. He was also quickly and easily reachable by phone. The pricing was also cheaper than a lot of other places I was quoted for as well. Thank you!

Love Busbank and the team! We book buses across the United States for our events each year and the team is very attentive and helpful to all of our needs. Best place to book!
