BusBankReviews of busbank.com

Bus Bank has amazing service! We were thrilled with our recent booking with them - the bus was brand new and spotless, our driver was pleasant and accommodating, and we had a wonderful trip overall that went seamlessly. We will continue to work with Bus Bank moving forward on all our large party events.

Adam, our driver, was on time. His bus was very nice and clean. He was very nice.

Great driver, very helpful, timely and accommodating. Bus is old but adequate for short Distances.

We used BusBank to get a bus for a school trip on VERY short notice. They not only were able to get us a mini-bus, but they also were able to offer us the cheapest price by several hundred dollars. Our bus driver was precious and super kind!! We will happily use them again.

Our driver was on time and willing to accommodate our wedding party and guests! It was a wonderful experience and I know our guests appreciated the service.

Very simple booking process, very competitive pricing, bus was exactly as described. Very positive experience. The only negative was that the driver pulled up across the street from our venue, in downtown Los Angeles, and unfortunately our elderly constituents were forced to cross a busy street. I will definitely make sure to mention this the next time we book through BusBank. I didn't realize that I would need to make such a request.

BusBank was very helpful on a last minute booking I had to make for a group that was misconnecting on a flight. They got back to me right away, were very specific about when they would get back to me and overall super efficient! Thank you

The booking was easy and everything about the bus service was excellent. Thank you!
