BusBankReviews of busbank.com

Words cannot describe the excellent customer service that our district received from your company. Administrators complimented the professionalism of all of your drivers. I had several drivers that circled back after their last drop off to ensure that all of the students were delivered to their campuses. Our team was so appreciative of that gesture. Your organization has a client for life! Thank you again! Barbara Gonzales Vanguard Academy

I can not thank you enough. Our program has been using BusBank for a few years now and they have always come through. This year we sent the check to the old address I was concerned thought we would not have any busses. David (think that is the correct name) just kept telling me to breathe we are going to take care of you. He managed to get us two air conditioned coach busses. Our parents and scholars were overjoyed. Thank you Zelma Faulk Concord Freedom School

Excellent customer service from Philip! He literally saved the day when a scheduling issue developed at the last minute. I highly recommend BusBank.

Excellent customer service-I was left without a bus two days prior to trip by US COACHways and Bus Bank saved the day. Driver arrived on time and was courteous and friendly.

I used Buster Shuttle Service for our son's wedding in Jacksonville, FL last month. I, as well as all of our guests, have nothing but praise and great things to say about the service we received! The website makes it so simple and easy to make changes and updates as our needs changed. Our driver was very courteous and accommodating to us as our times changed briefly (due to photographer needs). Should I ever need to arrange shuttle services again, I would definitely use Buster and will recommend it to our friends and family.

Philip is great to work with!

Excellent product--the charter bus showed up on-time (early, even), was in immaculate condition, and the driver was very affable and professional. The on-line booking format was easy to use to set the reservation up in the first place and the follow up notifications, etc. were informative and well-timed. Most important to us was the tremendous customer service--very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and prompt! They have actual human beings available 24/7 that you can call and they take immediate action to answer questions/fix issues. We will ABSOLUTELY use BusBank for our Charter Bus needs in the future!

Absolutely incredible! I was concerned after we had a contract for 4 days transporting 400 people to various locations fell through with another company two days before our attendees arrived. In a panic, I emailed all the companies I could find on a Sunday. Philip May from BusBank was one of the first to respond Monday morning, with an online itinerary already prepared based on my needs! He was able to coordinate all of our needs for the following four days, he was always prompt to respond, understanding and extremely helpful! Good service is so hard to find these days and I was very leery that it was not a locally owned company, more of a broker, but they 100% came through! I got texts every day with the drivers names and phone numbers about an hour before they arrived ON TIME even!
