I had called them at the last minute for a motorcoach and they delivered plus had a good rate. The motorcoach was clean and very comfortable. Plus we had a great driver. Yes I would recommend BusBank again.

We had an overall good experience with Bus Bank. However, the bus drove up the driveway of our wedding venue and into the cocktail hour area of my wedding. I think a more experienced driver would have just pulled to the end of the driveway rather than trying to make a round about in the middle of our back yard wedding... Guests were confused as to what was happening as was everyone else. Hopefully next time the driver will learn from this. other than that, it was a good experience.

BusBank was great to deal with and I would highly recommend them. That being said, the bus I hired to bring kids from summer camp to the airport was late by more than 30 minutes so it did put a whole lot of stress on me at the time. I know things happen and it all ended up ok, everyone got on their flight ok but it was kind of stressful at the moment. Other than that, the buses were super clean and amazing, bus drivers friendly and courteous, and again, I would highly recommend.

The driver and ride were great! However, the bathroom stinks and the handle didn't work, so a rider got stuck in there for a minute.

Great service but the driver was trying to insist the passengers pay for parking when they arrived in DC. My son called me and I informed me of such and I advised him not to pay

Good experience with the service. Driver was on time and friendly. They did charge us for one hour overtime for reasons out of our control but quickly removed those charges when we asked about it. Over all good experience.

As a college access provider, one of our main purposes is to expose high school students to college campuses. I've worked with Bus Bank for a 'few bus trips, 1 day and overnight. My rep was Dan and he was always responsive and accommodating. The service I've received from Bus Bank has been great! Thanks Dan 😊
