BusBankReviews of busbank.com

Booked busbank for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding transportation needs. Brian was our representative and was very easy to work with, quickly responsive to question and changes with our reservation. Busses came as advertised as well as clean! Both drivers were friendly and attentive to any wishes or needs we had. Thank you bus bank for the great experience!

Amazing customer service throughout the entire experience! They were friendly, quick to respond and flexible with trip adjustments. I would highly recommend BusBank to any friend who needed to charter a bus!

Incredible customer service from BusBank. My requests were quickly quoted, prices were competitive, and special requests were happily accommodated. Drivers were always on time. I will only use BusBank in the future for any group travel needs!

great accomodation bus drivers were awesome and very easy to work with

My fraternity was hosting a semi-formal and needed to transport our chapter about 30 minutes away from the chapter house. I didn't want anyone driving to this event, for obvious reasons, so I went with BusBank. Our driver, Richard, showed up 30 minutes early, and was extremely courteous with us all during the entire night. He let me make announcements as people boarded the bus, ready to go with a microphone already hooked up. The event ran a few minutes later than the departure time and he was flexible with this as well. And, when a member reported they had potentially lost something on the bus, he even did a search the next day. Amazing service and a great price.

I am with a two year college institution. We had an issue with our bus and needed a last minute solution to travel our men's and women's soccer teams on their longest trip of the year. I reached out to the BusBank and they were so incredible. They jumped right on our request and found a driver, created an itinerary and worked with our business office for payment all within the span of a few hours. I am so grateful for the efforts put in by the company and Phil May specifically for the time and energy it took them to get my teams on the road.

Our recent trip surpassed our expectations from start to finish. We had a group of approximately 30 and everyone had only positive feedback. Our driver, Lloyd was the best. He was very prompt, courteous, and extremely accommodating. We will request him for all our future trips.

We have been using BusBank since 2017 for our corporate events and everything is always excellent from booking to execution. We loved our driver, Alphonso, he was an absolute pleasure to work with!
