My overall experience was really good. Having no experience in the charter bus world, they helped lead me through everything needed. They chartered a great service that was perfect for my needs. I suppose the only qualm I would have is that I was needing to email them on the regular to get information from them, but that was ok, as they did respond. Would certainly use again.

This company had wonderful customer service. Our drivers didn't have accurate drop off addresses, however, they were so easy to work with that we were able to set it up directly with our drivers. I have been using the BusBank for 5 years now and have to say, this was the best driver experience we have had. Working at a school, they make it very easy to make our crazy 24 hour NYC trip happen!

We had a great experience with BusBank; the booking process was very easy, and the attendees who rode in the two coaches we booked were very satisfied with their experience. The only reason for not giving five stars is the second coach arrived late, at the scheduled departure time. Otherwise excellent. We will definitely use BusBank again.

They got both the pickup and drop off locations wrong despite me communicating and reiterating this information to them.

The bus doing what we asked other than the time ended a hour early and we requested to take 4-6 people home. This was on his way back to the airport in Atlanta. He didn’t do this willingly. At first there was some refusal, but when my husband got to the bus he agreed.

We had a nice trip with BusBank except for the bus being one hour late because of a traffic accident in Denver which backed up traffic for miles. Our driver was kind enough to contact our destination venue and let them know that we would be late. Knowing how bad traffic can be during rush hour in Denver, I would suggest that drivers leave earlier to hopefully avoid those types of scenarios. Anyway, when the bus finally did arrive, it was beautiful, spacious, and we really enjoyed the trip! We will definitely use their services again!
