BusBankReviews of busbank.com

Bathrooms dirty and bus drivers rude. Buses they was on time, and office staff very efficient, bus drivers very rude, if was for the bus drivers I will give an 5. We thinking never used this company because of the bus drivers

The bus was great, clean, on time, friendly driver, helpful. The only downfall was the miscommunication between who I was booking with and the billing department. They called at many inconvenient times to track down the payment when it had in fact already been received.

Our bus ride was safe, excellent and on-time - you really can't beat that. The only part that was frustrating was that the price changed significantly from the original quote. While I'm sure there were factors outside of my agent's control, it was reminiscent of a "bait and switch." It would also be great to have school bus options available in the area.

Although the 4 drivers were very nice and accommodating, It would have been less stressful if they knew where they were going beforehand. I believe I was detailed enough on where to pick up the employees and how to get to the park yet 1 out of 4 knew where they were going. I had one bus drop the employees off at the wrong destination spot. I expect any driver to know the area before taking passengers anywhere. Other than that they were helpful, & warm. It would also be helpful to have each drivers name & number before the first pickup.

On time, overall good, but driver did not know how to dump the bathroom and after 3 90 degree days and no dumping the ride back home was less than great. Driver should know how to operate all functions of the bus.

In the end, we got a bus and received good service from the bus service hired. However, I was bounced between a few customer service representative and had to provide the trip details multiple times to a few different individuals. Additionally, I had to ask a few different times to receive the billing link and almost missed a grant reporting deadline because the process hit several snags along the way. I also found out that the bus driver was only given half of the gratuity which I pre-paid. I don't know if that was because the bus bank didn't pay it forward or if the middle man skimmed half of the bus driver's gratuity off the top. I would suggest NOT paying gratuity for the bus drive through this service but provide it directly to your bus driver in cash. Customer service wasn't great on the front end, but in the end, the driver showed up on time, was responsive and we had a great trip.

We had a round trip booked from NYC to DC which is a minimum of 4 and a half hours long. The trip to DC was quite comfortable for the 28 people we had traveling to DC. We had plenty of legroom, luggage space and wi-fi availability. The bus was clean and maintained cool throughout the trip. The driver was friendly and very accommodating when asked to stop, stretch out and grab a quick snack. The trip from DC to NYC was a little different. There was no wi-fi and the bathroom on board the bus was not working. When we requested for the driver to make a stop to stretch, use the restroom and grab a snack the driver grunted and was not as friendly.

Rented a school bus to shuttle people from our wedding reception site to another site for an after party. At the time of scheduling, and during subsequent communication with the driver, set up a series of scheduled departure times from the reception site. Only, on the day of the event, the driver informs us that it would take much longer than the time alotted to run the routes, and so we would only be able to run a single shuttle. It ended up not being a HUGE deal--we were able to pack everyone onto the bus at once--but it would have been extremely helpful if the company's concerns had been raised earlier. That said, the bus was in great shape, and the driver was friendly and (except for the above) accommodating.
