Seemless experience, easy to book, great communication, driver was on time and very courteous.

Excellent experience. We had 30 family members attending the BIg Apple Circus from Scarsdale. Bus driver, Alexandra, was an experienced driver and coordinated/executed the drive down and pick up without a hitch.

We used this service to find transportation for our office group to our holiday lunch. Kim was very helpful and they had BY FAR the best pricing. Our driver, Mike was very nice and the limo van was beautiful, spacious, clean and modern.

I used Busbank for a corporate event shuttle service all week long. They were always on time and very communicative. I even had a few schedule changes and they didn't bat an eye. Great charter service that will be on top of my list for future events.

We recently had a holiday party that was a distance from our main office. Our driver Michael Mao was awesome! On time and flexible with the changing schedule that was part of our day. My only small complaint was I tried to call to ask for an extension in the time we had the bus, and I couldn't get a person on the phone. I had to leave several messages and then Michael called the office to get a direct line for me to call. But once I was able to speak to someone at the office, she was accommodating, kind, and professional. All in all, a very positive experience. Should the need arise, I will definitely use BusBank again.

Perfect ride for our holiday party. NYC traffic is crazy but our driver transported our employees to and from our party with no issues at all, and as a matter of fact, they had a great time on the bus! Booking was a breeze, communication was great, and we are so happy, they are our go to bus company for sure!
