BusBankReviews of busbank.com

I’m very pleased with BusBank. I used them for 3 transfers of a large group. The buses were clean. The drivers were all on time. Everything went smoothly. I’d definitely use them again.

Dependable, responsive and on time! Thank you for your service from prepping and planning months beforehand with Kayla D. to the day of the event with Tao our driver. Successful field trip!

We have used Bus Bank multiple times for school field trips and they are the most reasonably priced bus service in the Bay Area. Kayla is a great communicator and left me wanting for nothing. Our drivers have always been very tolerant of the elementary school students and busses were clean and safely driven. We were careful to communicate our itinerary clearly this year to avoid schedule glitches from the past. We will be using them again!!

Bus Service was professional and efficient! Vehicle was clean and accommodated our group of 20 very well! Our driver Rhonda was friendly and really made for pleasant experience as we travelled to multiple stops in St Louis! Highly recommend this company for your transportation needs.

Great experience, very responsive, bus arrived early, got us to our destination on time, and the driver was fantastic. Thank you Bus Bank for saving my association money on our transportation needs.

Flawless experience - it always makes me nervous to book a service (out of state) for my company travelers, but this was awesome - hassle free - great communication and did what they said they would do and the mini-bus was amazing! Thanks everyone there.

My AE contact (Kayla) was super responsive and helpful at getting me busses at very short notice! Definitely will be using BusBank next time I need transportation services.

Went well. I booked and paid but did not ride so I cannot comment on the vehicle, but the team was picked up and dropped off as requested and there were no complaints! We also needed to change the date the day of because of the weather and were accommodated without any problems.
