The reservation process was very easy. However, the driver arrived 5 minutes before the departure time, which left very little time for boarding. The driver also got lost to our destination and as a result, we arrived 30 minutes later than anticipated. The driver seemed reluctant to use GPS.

The bus was easy to schedule, on time, and took us to and from our destination. However, it was much bumpier than typically luxury buses and the driver was not very hospitable. Overall, it was a fine experience but not worth the cost compared to other companies.

We have used BusBank numerous times over the years. It seems like the cost is increasing more than expected. We have had some amazing drivers and some that seem annoyed with us.

Busbank was not very communicative about a change in service due to their vendor changing plans. This led to us scrambling the day of our event to work around this change. I have previously not had problems with Busbank or my Busbank representative but this will certainly have me looking more seriously at other vendors for future events.

Had an issue with the toilet when flushed came out on the floor.

Older buses without microphones so it was difficult to narrate sightseeing. Drivers unprofessional in appearance, not in any semblance of a uniform but instead cargo shorts and a t-shirt. Mediocre attitude of the drivers who were interested in just providing a minimum of service. We rented the buses for several consecutive days but the restrooms were not cleaned daily. Mostly--but not always--showed up on time.

Allstate Braves Event ... To start off, the bus was late picking us up and I had stressed to the company how important it was that it be prompt as we had 44 people waiting in a lobby. I called the driver but no answer, I had to call the company to find out when and where our bus was and was told she was running late. This pushed our entire event back as we had 3 loads of people to get over to SunTrust park. (which is only 2 miles from our office) I had to stay in constant phone contact with the driver as to pickup locations. (which was quite confusing) My manager wanted to know why the bus left early leaving some folks to wait for long periods of time. In the future, we would probably not rely on one bus to transport that many people as its very confusing and time consuming. I'm sure the driver was frustrated to and with traffic, it wasn't entirely her fault. At the end of the day, everyone had a fun time and everyone got back to the office safely.

Thank you so much for taking us to NYC! There are a few concerns that we had with the trip. 1.) The drivers did not get along and often argued in front of us. 2.) When asked to take bathroom breaks, they seemed confused and unenthusiastic about stopping. (this was included in itinerary) 3.) We were a two bus trip and one bus decided to take a different route than the other without communicating that decision. 4.) One of the drivers brought his wife, claiming she was a relief driver but she never drove and slept the whole time, Taking up a seat one of our students should have had. 5.) Lied about issues with the buses so they could stop for coffee and food at a 7/11
