I am sorry to say that we had a bad experience due to our driver. The vehicle itself was clean and in good working order however the driver seemed to have no idea where he was going. On the way he seemed confused by roadworks and we ended up taking over and hour to get there which should have been closer to 40mins. He had handwritten directions on paper, no GPS and on arrival at the 9/11 memorial drove past where all the other buses were and dropped us at some remote corner. On the return he was late for the pickup and then asked us how to get b ask to our hotel. As we were all from out of town we did not know and had to call up directions on our phones and give him directions. to make matters worse at one point he seemed confused and admitted "that he could not see well in the dark"!!! I suggest you hire better more prepared drivers.

We contacted the company a week before the trip and they confirmed all the details with us and told us they would send a confirmation email the one day before the trip which they did. However, the driver did not show up until 30 minutes later than the meet up time, the number to call the driver on the confirmation email went to someone who had no idea what the professor was talking about, when we called the 24-hour hotline the person on the other side sounded like we woke him up and said he had to call us back because he could not find the confirmation number we gave him, and he never called back we had to call him 20 minutes after the first call. After the shuttle picked up everything went well but the initial start of the day set the mood for the rest of the day.

Hello Sir/Madame , This is our second time business with your company . Your dispatch is working well and incase we need we always find them.But i can not say the same thing about buses both buses are too old and dirty we ar coming to USA over seas and we have many operations in different part of USA so buses should be better quality and newer models. Thats why i can shortly tell that we didnt be happy with buses. Thank you very much ,

Mediocre service part of drivers--- very unprofessional & always thinks of themselves and overtime to make more money than delivering good customer service. Watch out to kids next time you hire them. They prefer your money than the kids onboard the bus.
