The driver was awful. He was late on the 2nd run to the venue so the 2nd bus missed the beginning half of our ceremony. At the end of the night he was saying he was only going to make 1 trip when the contract stated 2 trips. And after all that he backed into someones car, let alone the maid of honor' s car who was 9 months pregnant. Truly a bad experience with him.

Un-safety Drivers driving 50 kids!
In June, I inquired about a bus to take 50 kids from St. Elizabeth Church in Milpitas, California to Rancho Los Mochos in Livermore, California. I was informed by that the cost would be $1,500. However, due to the terrain of the trip, I was told to book the 27 feet bus. These minibuses fit 24 passengers. The cost was no longer $1,500. It was $890 each way, making it $3,560 round trip for 2 minibuses. Considering the safety and comfort of our youth members, we went ahead and booked 2 minibuses at twice the original cost.
I understand that travel routes are established by service provider. However, I know how to get to Rancho Los Mochos as I have scouted the place before booking it for our youth group. Knowing the my area, I questioned the travel route when the drivers decided to drive through the mountains on Calaveras instead of the usual I-680 North. He dismissed my concern and continued to drive on this windy road. Please keep in mind that the buses were full of children at this time. The drivers insisted that this route was a shortcut via residential roads. At the entrance of the Calaveras Mountains, the drivers realized that the path was not accessible. We had to get back to I-680 North. However, we weren’t on I-680 North for long as the drivers kept driving on residential streets to avoid traffic. I understand the benefit of avoiding traffic. However, doing so by constantly looking down and checking on his GPS that he placed in a cup holder by his right side instead of a GPD holder and not focusing on the roads with a bus full of children was not only irresponsible but dangerous. We have distracted driving laws for a reason. Because of this, the drivers would stopped in the middle of the road, braked suddenly, and made sharp turns often. This was not safe nor comfortable, the reasons we went with 2 minibuses. We weren't even at the entrance of Rancho Los Mochos when we were told to get off the buses as the driver’s GPS was showing that we were there already, the same GPS that wanted to take us through the mountains of Calaveras. We were in the middle of the road. Are you really asking 50 kids to carry their camping gears and walk a mile to the site after being on a roller coaster like ride for over an hour? To top that off, the driver refused to turn on AC in the July heat! How is that comfortable with a bus full of kids?
The drive was so dangerous and uncomfortable that most of the kids decided to call their parents to pick them up from camp on 7/9 instead of going back on the bus. I feared for my safety as well, but I had to supervise the kids who couldn't arrange a ride home while at camp. The buses were pretty empty on the way back, defeating the purpose of booking 2 buses.
In the future, please vet your drivers carefully. Safety should be the number one concern when transporting people.

Poor Customer Service
Were unresponsive the days leading up to of my event as well as the day of the event. Did not confirm a driver had been assigned for my event or provide any contact information. Will never use them again.

canceled without notice
The bus was canceled without ANY notice - i had an entire bus full of people that were not able to get to our event. It was a disaster and I would not recommend this service.
They did refund in a timely manner.

Wrong bus, late,
We had looked at the ad online and when calling to make the booking, asked if the bus pictured on the ad would be the one we would get. We were told, yes, it would be the same bus. This was a recent model white minibus for our group of 17. When the bus arrived, late, we had to walk with all of our coolers, etc. an eighth of a mile to the gate of our community because the driver refused to drive his 20-year-old former school bus through our gate even though the gate-man assured him there was ample space for a turnaround. This event was planned as a celebration of our 50th Anniversary with all our children and grandchildren. We were VERY disappointed with BusBank. They did NOT deliver what they promised.
