Fantastic service. My bus of 35 for our team on time and extremely communicative. Outside of the broker assigning a bus which required some of our team to stand, the communication and professional service was well deserving. Our driver Enero was great, will be booking again.

Hi Trevor, Thank you for your kind words. We are glad you had a positive experience working with us. We have conducted an internal investigation into why the incorrect bus type was selected for your group size. This was done to ensure that this issue will not happen again in the future. We look forward to working with you again in the future! Safe travels!

Victor was great. We also added a stop that wasn't part of our itinerary, and he was able to accommodate us. The whole experience with BusBank was good one.

Reliable and communicative as we planned a school field trip. The driver was very friendly and flexible, which is something I really value for a student event.

BusBank was very quick to respond to all of my questions and requests. Our driver, Michael, was on time for both pickup and drop off and was extremely kind and courteous. The bus was very clean and updated! I would absolutely recommend BusBank.
