Filled in the form, received an offer but was told they need to check stock first, and apparently then don’t buy any caravan. you may say fair enough but why make an offer if you don’t want to buy it and change the name to we buy a lot of caravans

We used Burton Caravans, Stafford’s they were brilliant. They let us look, gave us information, and left us to carry on with our viewing. Perfect sales for us! Then after we’d made the decision we wanted to purchase from them, they gave us all the information we neeed, clear precise and not overloaded. Brilliant service. Would definitely go back there again!

Recommend reading all reviews beforehand. Sales side OK. But pray that you never get any issues as they will not support you. After sales and customer care do not appear to be anything they do. Avoid.

We recently purchased our Swift Major 6TD from here and honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Before making the decision, we visited a few times to look around, ask questions and get a proper feel for what would suit us. At no point did we ever feel pressured into buying or pushed towards a decision. There was absolutely no hard sell, which made a massive difference. The team were patient, relaxed and happy to give us as much time as we needed. What really stood out was how knowledgeable everyone was. They clearly know caravans inside out and were able to answer everything properly, without making us feel silly for asking. As first-time buyers, or even just when buying a new-to-you caravan, that kind of reassurance is invaluable. The service after agreeing the purchase was also brilliant. They added several extras to the deal at no additional cost, which was a lovely surprise and really appreciated. The handover was excellent too, but the thing that impressed us most was the bespoke handover video they made, filmed inside our actual caravan, showing us in detail how everything works. That is such a useful thing to have afterwards and shows real care and attention. It also feels like they are interested in building long-term relationships with their customers rather than just selling and moving on. Their annual family day is a great example of this, with free pizza, games for the kids, and even free beer and prosecco. It creates a genuinely welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. Overall, this has been a genuinely brilliant experience from start to finish. Friendly people, expert advice, no pressure, great aftercare and lots of thoughtful extras. We would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy a caravan.

We recently purchased our caravan. We had a great salesman called Andy he went above and beyond for us. We was let down with a caravan by a different company. So was in a rush to get a new one sorted asoon has possible as we'd already booked a trip away. Both Andy & Marcus made it happen they met our needs all the way through. We wanted a certain caravan with certain extras and they had just the one we wanted. It was a smooth handover. We was also sent a demonstration on how everything worked in the caravan. Thank you for a great experience you was worth the travel 👌

Recently bought a caravan at the Stafford branch of Burtons caravans. The caravan was bought on a video presentation as we stay 430 miles away in Aberdeenshire. We were very impressed by the process guided by David and Billy who were very pleasant and helpful and professional. We really had nothing to do other than drive down, pick it up on a Sunday and drive home. Thanks to the two staff for making it a good experience.
