Snake Oil
Burrow markets their products as "modular" with the "ability to expand over time". This was the entire impetus for our purchase of a Nomad couch a few years ago. When we contacted them with the hopes of adding units to our sofa, they not only did not have anything that matched, they did not have any compatible piece in any color—this is for a model they still produce and sell on their site and in their showrooms. Within the span of a few years, they have changed their design and manufacturer for this product multiple times with no regard to the compatibility between past, present and future generations and without the institution of any support systems for customers who have purchased their products in the past. It's false marketing and we will be avoiding Burrow entirely—snake oil—would highly recommend avoiding their products.

Hi there, We’re sorry for the disappointment and frustration this has caused. We understand that the ability to expand your Nomad over time was an important reason you chose Burrow, and we recognize how frustrating it is to find that compatible modules for your specific version are no longer available. As our products have evolved, there have been changes to certain designs and components that can affect compatibility with earlier generations. However, we don’t want to leave our legacy customers behind. That’s why we have an upgrade program that may provide a significant discount toward the newest version of the sofa for qualifying customers. We encourage you to reach out to our Customer Experience team so we can review your original purchase and see if you qualify for the upgrade discount. We’d appreciate the opportunity to explore what options are available and help find a path forward. We’re sorry your experience has been frustrating, and we hope we have the opportunity to make it better.
