We love the new table and chairs. Everything is excellent quality and easy to assemble. Very solid. The issue was the 8 chairs took 2 months to ship, and we had to ask customer service about the delay. They were not very helpful. When you have spent that much money, customer service should be notifying you of the delay.

It came damaged but luckily is facing behind so it's hard to notice. Didn't want to return because I needed the console and it was too much work to send it back

The bed frame is very well made, especially given the price point. Are there better out there? Yes, but they cost at least double what this does and given how sturdy the frame is compared to our last one that was only a couple hundred dollars less, it's pretty amazing what you get for the price. So why only 4 stars? Because their shipping process is a disaster. Their website says you'll get 3 boxes if you order a headboard. Wrong, it's 4. I received 3 boxes via UPS without any tracking or shipment notification and when I finally got a shipment notification for only the final box, it linked directly to UPS's website but was shipped with some no name carrier so UPS didn't even recognize the tracking number on the link Burrow sent in their email. I had to do a manual search of the Internet to even figure out it was a legit tracking number from some other carrier I'd never heard of before. And their box actually shipped the same day as the rest but took twice as long to get to me... While the shipping notification didn't show up until 4 days after it was actually sent. So I got everything, nothing was damaged (do have to give Burrow props on *really* good packaging to prevent damage) but their shipping process is probably one of the worst I've ever seen. Don't let that stop you from ordering, it's a great bed frame, just know going in their shipping process is awful.

In all we are very happy with our Sectional sofa so far and do not regret taking chance on Burrow even though I had no experience with their furniture. It feels like high quality and comfortable - it is on firmer side to sit on but that’s ok. I was worried it wouldn’t hold up, bought online without seeing or sitting on it in person in a store but wanted sleeper with double chaise and storage so took a chance. I am very pleased, my family loves it too. There were a couple negatives - delivery process could be improved. The sofa came in 14 pieces / large boxes delivered via 3 different couriers over 6 days. No communication on how many in total were coming so never knew if we had them all until we opened them all. storing all the boxes until we had a complete set was a lot, we were lucky we had enough room. Also my husband put it together, took about 3-4 hrs and not very easy. Definitely needed a second person for some steps and not sure someone who isn’t handy could do it or would be strong enough so keep that in mind. I need another sofa but not sure we can handle so many boxes being delivered without notice and taking up so much room at our other house.

Received my ottoman several weeks after ordering after sending multiple emails to customer service. Good product overall, but terrible customer service response times.

I love the sofa but cannot put it together because of a defective connector bar. I am awaiting to see if you will send one. It would be great to get a replacement soon. Thanks so much.

First, any company that does not offer phone support cannot earn five stars. When issues arise, customers need real-time help — not a “we’ll get back to you in several business days” auto-response. Second, I accidentally ordered two bedroom sets (please don’t judge!) and submitted a return form for the unopened set. After four days of silence, I sent a follow-up email. The reply I received said it would take 2–3 business days to hear back — meaning I should have already received a response by now. So much for their “guarantee.” If a company is unresponsive, how can anyone feel confident returning an item? Third — and probably most useful for readers — my bed frame arrived missing the legs. So now I have to send yet another email and wait who knows how long for a reply. It’s incredibly frustrating. All of this could be avoided if they simply had phone support and a responsive customer service team. Update: They do respond via email. The missing parts were being held by our local USPO. It is frustrating that one can't get support in real time, but it was easy to put the furniture together and it looks good.

The delivery was delayed but the Scout chair was great.
