The sofa itself is comfortable and nice. It took three people to put it together. It was a challenge to line up the legs with the bottom part. Shipping was a disaster. Arrived on different days. One box was broken, luckily not the part itself. Never received a shipping confirmation(until it had already arrived) or a tracking number.

I purchased a Range Plus 4-Piece Sofa along with the furniture assembly through TaskRabbit mid-July 2025. I added an ottoman the same day and asked Burrow to include it in the same shipment. They responded very positively and quickly. It was scheduled to be delivered in early September. When I checked again because I wasn't getting any notifications, Burrow was estimating that it would be delivered in November due to great delays. I contacted Burrow again via email requesting a credit to cover the TaskRabbit cost. They again were accommodating to refund me that cost. In the future, I hope they can send a heads up to us before the delivery will be made. During the busiest time of the year for me, near the end of October 2025, I was notified by text from the shipping company that my couch was going to be delivered the next day. I panicked a bit and quickly scheduled the TaskRabbit technician to come and assemble my couch the day after the delivery. When my couch came, I didn't know it wasn't going to be complete. The TaskRabbit technician came and only assembled half of the sofa. In the next week, the rest of the sofa was delivered in two different shipments. I had to put the rest of it together myself. Burrow never responded back to my 3 emails that I sent them about this situation. I'm very mixed about my first Burrow purchase. It's unfortunate as the couch seems to be of the quality you'd expect for the price.

LONG WAIT. This item was stated to ship in 4-5 business days. After several weeks I reached out, and was told they'd follow up with me. After I followed up again they said it would take (what would have been) 3 months. And then it just showed up one day without notice ... which is fine, unless you're in an apartment that needs to receive the package. The product is great but they are 0-for-2 on logistics and customer service for the products I've purchased.

Burrow seems to be still figuring some things out. The shipping process and site in general was clunky. You can't really read reviews for a specific item; the PDP has reviews for all their products. You also can't view up-to-date order or shipping info from their website and have to contact Support for simple info. The shipping took way longer than was originally listed, and actually got delivered weeks before it was even marked as shipped. Weird. The 10 drawer dresser I bought was overall fine. It was two dressers pushed together and even the top board had a split down the middle which was kind of weird and looks cheap.

Knocking off 2 stars for customer support towards the end of the process. We initially wanted to add to our current Nomad sofa, but Burrow no longer had those pieces in stock so they offered a discount towards a new sofa. We greatly appreciated that and decided to purchase the 5-piece Range. Customer support was inconsistent and this person kept evading my question about the configuration I wanted. Then they sent me an invoice for full price (which was corrected later). Our order arrived promptly after 1 week. Five boxes arrived and after setting up the sofa, we realized the connecting hardware and all the legs were missing. I emailed customer support that evening asking them to verify/confirm that the missing parts were shipped and if not to please send them. I still haven't received a response a week later. Luckily a separate box showed up the next day with the missing pieces along with the instruction manual. What if that box didn't show up though? We'd just be waiting in limbo? It was really nice of them to offer the discount, but customer support is lacking.

I really liked the look of the bed which is why I purchased it. I placed my order and received a confirmation, my cc was charged and then ...silence. I tried chatting with the bot since the website has no direct email or phone # for customer service. I finally received an email giving me an estimated ship date. I then got an email with a tracking number that didn't work. The same day the bed showed up - or at least 2 pieces did. Boxes continued to be delivered on a daily basis although I never knew when they were coming or how many to expect. (tracking number still not active) Finally 2 days ago the final pieces arrived and I was able to assemble the bed. It went together easily and looks great.

We like the furniture. Just took forever to get here and the communication was very bad.

Item was delivered in two weeks.
