I was looking forward for my son’s furniture to have him more comfortable on his own space and it turned into the most horrible experience. First the frame for his bed it’s beautiful but it had scratches and a sort of crack that concerns me, Second and the most horrible experience the Range corner sofa, it was exhausting putting together, following up the instructions on the book, couldn’t be put together, so I tried 3 different ways and yet I finally had to mesure the pieces to make sure it was not me being crazy, I did and turns out the pieces didn’t match the holes on the bottom neither the ones on the panels when tried to put them together on different ways. And now cuatomer is just not replying to my request of return and refund after this horrible and exhausting experience, I will keep you posted about this order. I do not recommend this company at all if they don’t take this issues seriously!

I am posting here because there is no way to leave a review on the Burrow website. I did not receive a confirmation email about my purchase (only transaction confirmation from PayPal). They did not notify me that the sofa was shipped or delivered. They left the boxes outisde (not under our entryway awning) in middle of a HUGE storm. The boxes were soaked through and the parts were not wrapped in anything waterproof. It is tough to say whether there was any damage or not, as the couch had time to dry out. customer support was not helpful and did not offer any solution. For that much money, I would expect a better experience.

I bought the Nomad Sofa Sectional and it is not worth it. The built in charger broke after a couple of months. The backside of different section have broken several times. the wood beam they use for the back of the sofa is so thin that regularly leaning against the backside can damage it. The arms are very bony. The fabric is good and if you like a very hard couch surface you would like this one. 💯 regret spending almost $1900 on this junk.

I hate the couch. Hate it! It is so uncomfortable and ugly. When I tried to return it b/c the website says easy returns, it was not easy they said I would have to pay to ship the whole couch back and they would deduct 30%, but they said I was just out of the window so I’ve been stuck with this horrible couch. I hate burrow, they lie and they have terrible customer service.

Ripped off. Leather NORMAD was uncomfortable, too rigid or firm?, and slippery. I was actually avoiding sitting on it after about 48 hours. Do not believe the great reviews, Burrow is doing a lot of advertising, I believe, most of the reviews are paid for. I retuned the $3000 sofa and $396 was deducted. Fraudulent because they calculated discount and present cost of Sofa, it is a design for fraud. It was easy to assemble, I will give them that. There is no phone number to call to discuss why they are deducting more than $250 as stated in the return policy. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Be warned!

I wanted to love this sofa. It arrived pretty quickly - which was one of the reasons I ordered it. Other companies had eight weeks to over three months waiting time. That's the only good thing I can say about it. It looks extremely cheap. My 10-year-old Ikea sofa looks and is - much higher quality. It was challenging to put together. The pieces did not click together as they should have. When you turn it over, you can also see the bad quality. It doesn't look finished and is poorly constructed. It looks like it is a sofa for a dollhouse or a child's room. Or something you have people sit on if you don't want them to stay long. The arms don't serve as armrests - they are barely there. It is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever bought. Burrow's products look great online - but I'll never buy anything or recommend anything from them again. I can only speak to the sofa, but it looked so much ncoer online. I loved Burrow's mission and the quickness in delivering it - but I wish I had made another choice. To return it means you have to disassemble it and pack it back up and pay fees for them to take it back. I would recommend Ikea 100 times more than Burrow. We also have had Joyird Sofas and Crate and Barrel, which were also great but at a higher price point. Customer service sounds very nice and has lovely-sounding emails. But really, they make it extremely difficult to send it back. I'm not sure what they can do when the product is so inferior. I'm sure if they made it easy to return, they'd have many refunds to contend with. I'll be buying a new sofa. I'll donate this one or put it on marketplace.

just don’t do it. its not worth it. their “hassle free” return policy is an absurd joke. when you get it and arent happy with it, you get to pay to return it. it’s 2022, free returns are standard practice. amazing how returns are free if you’re exchanging something, but not if you’re unhappy with the product. i waited 4 months for a couch, was unhappy with it, then it took them a full month to process the shipment for return. 9 giant boxes are still sitting in my house, a full month since i initiated the return. then ill get to wait god knows how long after they pick it up to get my money back, if ever. in true millennial fashion, i have never left a bad review for a company, but after they refused to work with me on waiving the return fee for how awful my experience with them has been, i just need to warn whoever i can. i can’t express to you how much you should never order from this company for their overpriced ikea quality furniture. it’s not worth it, just don’t do it. “sorry you’re unhappy with your experience” does nothing for me, returning my money is the only thing that fixes a poor experience.

Worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Been 12 weeks waiting. we got 5 out of the 12 packages. all they say is we are waiting on a response from the manufacturing company. At this point its lost or lost. they won't re issue replacements. so will probably be another 12 weeks.
