I purchased the Nomad sectional sofa in rust fabric in November 2022. I like the look of the sofa and appreciate the firm support it provides. I find most sofas very uncomfortable and this one has remained comfortable and still looks pretty good. However, wanted to share some major negatives about this sofa. First, I bought it because Burrow advertises the fabric as pet friendly. That may be true if you have a hairless pet but if your pet (or a person in your household) sheds even a tiny bit, the couch fabric will find every strand of hair in your house, attract it like a magnet and then hang onto it for dear life. I've tried every hair removal item available -- mitts, tape, vacuum, specialized pet attachments, pulling the covers and putting them in the dryer and NOTHING works without hours of effort. The hair gets embedded in the tight weave of the fabric and you can't even pull many of the hairs out with your fingers. It even finds its way in there when the sofa is covered in blankets (not the look I am going for BTW). The other negative is how unnecessarily difficult it is to put this sofa together. Once its together it looks good, but it is hard to line up the pieces and get your hands where they need to be to get the pieces to go together. Even though I love the brick red color of the sofa and the low, modern look and the firmness, I would not buy it again (and am seriously thinking about replacing it) because it is impossible to keep clean.

I think I will love the couch, itself (just put it together), but there's definitely room for improvement on the customer service level. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to find out the status of the deliveries, which got really confusing. I think UPS was the main problem, but that's only a guess because of the bot-style responses I got to my inquiries. It seemed like I was dealing with a real person at the beginning, but I was clearly passed along to a bot that repeated information I already had and didn't answer my unanswered questions. My requests for phone (or even) text contact were denied and I was left to wait and wonder. Not cool!

The quality of the furniture is fine. Putting it together was not too difficult. There is no customer service, and the shipping process to obtain information is terrible. When I learned the delivery date (you have no options to select a date), I tried to contact customer service to change it because UPS could not. I never received any response. Luckily, my neighbor was able to receive my package.

Overall this is a decent piece. A few concerns: - The “walnut” definitely does not have the richness I expect from anything described as walnut. It is more brown and looks somewhat cheap to me. -The track for the doors is just cut into the wood. There is no metal and it seems the doors are designed for light duty use. Not what I expect at this price. -The items come in a couple boxes. Everything is packed well, and assembles easy… but good luck figuring out where to open the boxes. They are taped up like crazy and there are no markings. A simple oversight that again leaves me questioning the value of this purchase.

Not comfortable! Purchased the Nomad Couch.. it's meant to serve one purpose and it doesn't succeed, it's just not soft or comfortable to sit on. It also has some durability issues with a tear in the fabric forming 1 week into use (maybe a defect) but fortunately customer service was able to replace the cushion. Overall disappointed by the price. Pros: Looks nice and was easy to assemble.

***UPDATE*** Customer service reached out to offer a partial refund as a courtesy for the long shipping time. We are glad to see accountability from Burrow and are looking forward to our sectional. Ordered a sofa which said 3-5 weeks delivery. Once 5 weeks rolled around and we still didn’t get a shipping notification, I reached out to their customer service team. They told me it would be an ADDITIONAL 54 DAYS before our order shipped. When I asked if there was anything they could do to help us out, they said nope, just need to wait. We were counting on this to ship within the promised 5 weeks for an event we are hosting. Absolutely unacceptable that the lead time is more than double what was promised, and that I had to reach out to them to figure out what was going on. No communication, no accountability.

I was able to assemble my sofa and chair after much struggle . The sofa is still slightly misaligned but it seems stable . I will have to drill holes to fasten the seat down on the accent chair. It may not be absolutely necessary but I want it to be right . I expected much better for the price. Both are comfortable and look good in the room. I am satisfied with the results but I don't think I would do it again.
