Great Barstools! Easy to put together, seem to be sturdy and very good looking. Medium as far as comfort.

The opera media console is beautiful and easy to assemble. Delivery was fast. The packaging was amazing and it arrived without a scratch. I had planned to use to hide my receiver and and other AV equipment. Unfortunately my Denon is a beast and too deep. I will use as a bar instead.
Response from BurrowSep 29, 2025
Hi Terri, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re thrilled to hear that you’re happy with your Opera media console and that it arrived so quickly. We also appreciate your feedback about the depth of the cabinet in relation to your audio equipment. While it sounds like it may not work for your original plan, we love that you’ve already found a creative alternative use for it as a bar! It’s such a versatile piece, and we’re glad it’s still bringing beauty and function into your home. If you’d ever like assistance exploring other storage or larger media options, don’t hesitate to reach out. We’d be happy to help!

Great product, actually even better finish than online. A few more accurate images of the white finished shelves with real pictures, not renderings, would actually be helpful. It would be to the benefit of the product. Shipping was a bit slow, but the shelves were worth the wait.

Hi Adrian, We’re so glad to hear that you’re happy with your shelves and that the finish exceeded your expectations! We also appreciate you for sharing feedback about including more real-life photos of the shelf online, and have shared your feedback with the appropriate team. While shipping took a little longer than you'd hoped, we’re so glad that the shelves were worth the wait, and are now part of your home. Here's to a stylish AND functional space!

I was a bit hesitant about purchasing from Burrow after reading some of the reviews, but I decided to go to one of their stores to check out the product since it seemed like the perfect solution to my small space / walk up apartment problem. I visited one of their retail stores in NYC, and it turns out they've launched a TON of new product that is all AMAZING. I ended up liking the Span sleeper sofa given the functionality, but I tested out the union, range, ember, and their new "pro" and "plus" models which are super comfortable and high quality. The sofa arrived in boxes from fedex, and was super easy to assemble (way easier than ikea pieces i've assembled in the past). 10/10 would recommend!

I got the Nomad Velvet blue couch with a chaise and a rug from Burrow. I love the design and the feel of the couch. I went into one of their showrooms to check it out before ordering online. It shipped within a few days and arrived very quickly. I've been enjoying the setup for sleepovers, lounging, watching movies, and hanging out. The rug adds a nice touch of warmth to the room and blends perfectly with the design. Because I got the chaise, I had an extra couch cushion, which I used hanging off the chaise to make a daybed feel. Later I popped it between the wall and chaise to give a feeling of continuity with the side of the couch. Love that the modular design is so versatile. And definitely looking forward to an easy move when the time comes!
