Ordering from Burrow was a breeze. The media console shipped within a week, and I received the piece within the next week. The boxes are heavy which feels like quality material. The only tool that’s required is a screwdriver. The craftsmanship was perfection and the easiest piece I’ve ever put together before. In closing the piece is beautiful and I would 100% recommend ordering from Burrow!

Arrived quickly, easy to assemble, and love the myriad design options

Customer service was quick to respond to my questions about my order, couch got here SO fast after saying it was shipped, instructions are ridiculously clear and helpful, it was so easy to put together! The couch is so sturdy but also heavy and I'm thankful I put it together with my partner cause idk if I would be able to move it by myself. I loveeeee thus couch though. It feels like it will last a LONG time which was what we were looking for!

We love our shelves. They are solid, elegant and functional.

It has taken a long time to find counter height stools for our kitchen island. I wanted all wood stools-not something with MDF. Then I stumbled upon Burrow. They even have a showroom in Los Angeles, which I made a visit to. My dark green stone island and the dark green fabric on the stools were a match made in heaven!! I’m so happy with my purchase! They are very sturdy and comfortable and fit well under the counter!

Quick delivery for in-stock pieces (within a couple weeks), easy to put together, comfortable, looks and functions as expected. Zero complaints so far!

Stools were packaged beautifully, great quality, heavy and sturdy. The seat is slightly short - but I’m 5’4” and don’t have an issue with them. Still very comfortable!

My previous chairs were upholstered Parsons chairs which were too low for my harvest table. I felt like a five-year-old among the adults as I sunk way down into the seat. I am so happy that my search landed on my Haiku chairs. They are the perfect height for my table, and their sleek mid-century modern lines are sharp and stylish. They arrived in the most robust packaging I have ever seen, right down to the screws with washers lined up on a sturdy cardboard support. It nearly brought me to tears. Assembly was easy-peasy, using only the included hex/Allen wrench. Customer service is top notch, and communication with representative Joseph E. was excellent throughout the entire process. My questions were answered quickly, and I was given a price match when the price dropped before my order shipped. I love the look and feel of these chairs - they may be the sturdiest seat in my house. Burrow stands behind their products and offers a great consumer experience. Highly recommended!
